The Driving Force Behind Our Pavement Striping Projects
Now that we’ve seen the results of our project, we are eager to share the effects with you along with the many ways we anticipate continuing to put our philosophy of “service before self,” into every project we complete.
Turnkey Lot Restripe
Night time is the best time to restripe a parking lot. Our crews love to call themselves ghosts. We get in, repaint the entire lot, and get out before dawn. Over the years, we have built our striping crews around this schedule, and it adds nothing to the project cost to work overnight. In fact, we prefer it!
Crosswalk Striping Continuity Project
Our group has invested heavily in pavement marking removal technology to provide the most consistent removal results. When Walmart needed to remove and resize their vestibule crosswalks, we were a perfect fit. We provided Level One removal at over 80 stores on both asphalt and concrete surfaces.
New Concrete Storage Lot Installation
Our client came to us with a topographical survey and geo/ soil study we knew our crews could deliver results for this project. We had less than 4’ feet of fall over 800 LF and took on the challenge. In West Texas, underground drainage is hard to come by. We were able to deliver positive surface/ sheet draining for this 140,000 SF new concrete lot installation.
Private Community (POA) Asphalt Roadway Reconstruction
This project was executed, working closely with the POA management office, infrastructure committee, and the local engineering firm. We were able to mill, stabilize, lay 4” of HMAC, and complete the project before Thanksgiving. Our group not only finished ahead of the holidays but was able to help adjust costing to be lower than the community budgetary needs.
Prominent Shopping Center Sealcoat Application
This project was an excellent example of collaboration between the client and the contractor. While COVID-19 had the majority of businesses in this center closed, our teams were capable and willing to execute a sealcoat project that would have taken 9 phases otherwise and reduced the project to 3 phases. We were able to keep the to-go orders accessible while performing this project in 1/4 the original time
